Digging into business performance

Our service

A Fieldpath Review helps management understand what drives commercial performance, where further value may exist and which opportunities or improvements should be prioritised first.

What is the Fieldpath Review?

The Fieldpath Review is a practical commercial review for established agribusinesses that want a clearer view of performance, opportunity and where to focus next.

It looks across the full path from customer interest to enquiry, follow-up, sales conversion, customer experience and future growth. The purpose is simple: to give management a connected, evidence-based view of the business and a practical set of priorities.

Each Review is scoped around the commercial question the business needs answered. It may focus deeply on one issue or look more broadly across how customers, sales activity, marketing, systems and internal processes contribute to commercial performance.

Three areas the Review examines

Prepare the ground

We examine how customer interest moves through the business, from first contact through to follow-up, quoting, conversion and customer experience. The aim is to understand what is supporting performance and where stronger processes, clearer ownership or better information could create greater commercial value.

Cultivate new opportunities

We look for practical opportunities already visible inside the business. These may come from existing customers, sales patterns, repeat questions, underused products or services, strong relationships, referrals, emerging demand or areas of capability the business could use more effectively.

Sustain strong yields

We clarify what is supporting current performance and what should be protected or strengthened before the business adds more activity, pursues new opportunities or prepares for its next stage of growth.

Testimonials

Glen at Fieldpath Advisory helped us to see where customer interest was being recorded, but not followed up. The review gave us a much clearer view of our sales process, enquiry handling and where small changes could make a real difference to our bottom line.

Jason Briggs /
Livestock Manager

We knew we were busy, but we didn't have a clear picture of what was actually driving business. Glen at Fieldpath Advisory helped us identify where enquiry follow up and customer communication needed to be tightened so we could focus on the work that mattered.

Laura Welsh /
Organic Farmer

The value for our business was in having someone look across the entire commercial journey, not just the marketing. Fieldpath Advisory helped us understand where opportunities were being missed between the first enquiry and the final sale.

John Fieldgate /
Head Winemaker

Glen brought a practical, outside perspective that helped us make sense of our marketing, sales activity and customer follow up. The recommendations were clear, realistic and focused on improving performance without adding more complexity.

Will Foster /
Machinery Salesperson

Fieldpath helped us step out of the day-to-day and see the business more clearly. We came away with a better understanding of what was working, what needed attention and where the next growth opportunities were likely to come from.
